EDS100 Final Stretch

I have just finished my final examination and during the course of answering, I have experienced fatigue and pressures, my tired fingers still managed to find its way to this space instead.

I have dealt with simple projects in the office in the past and have applied cognitive strategies in implementing them. For this subject, my interest is focused particularly in Moral and Socio-cultural development where all my activities are integrated with Piaget and Vygotsky Theories where I caught myself amazed that I can actually plan out project in great detail and there can actually be a tool for every projects that I do in the company. I appreciated the link on the YouTube you have provided as I apply it in my daily routine. I realized it was not as easy as it looks. Identifying paths can be tedious for activities need to be organized logically as well. I truly appreciated the theories for it is very useful for me. As future educator, the whole framework of EDS 100 encourages me to read more about it. This course taught me a lot of things and how best to apply these principles and made me think how I will make these tools useful in my workplace and in future reference, if given the chance to work with a certain program and project with different set of people. This modules demonstrated all method of learning, time management is an essence especially for us who are all full-time employees and with families to attend to I would like to give emphasize on motivation theory where their contribution is crucial for the successful completion of the tasks provided to us. This good relationship opens up a useful path for self-efficacy to perform successfully the goals.

Concerning the modules, I would like to thank everyone for sharing their knowledge, valuable time, best efforts to be able to finalize and submit our group work activities before the deadline. And thank you so much Professor Malou for providing us easy to grasp topics which made learning simpler and more efficient especially for us, working full-time. I am truly grateful for all the knowledge you imparted as well as for the challenges… Like any challenges in life, be it personal or professional, the 90%, 10% rule applies. I would have taken the easier path not to accept the grueling exercises required in this subject, but I have chosen to persist (with the help of my group mates, Future Educators). I am always grateful to have you guys for making this course worthwhile and more bearable.
